The Tower of Gold, Seville, Spain

Situated on the Quadalquiver River which flows through beautiful Seville, it was a Moorish fortress dating from the twelfth century. During the fifteenth century, Columbus, used the tower as a storehouse for plunder and goods brought back from the New World.
